Job Responsibilities :
  • • Managing Multiple Interior Implementation Sites
  • • Coordinating between Client, Office, Contractors, and Vendors
  • • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Project Progress Reports
  • • Planning Ahead of the Project Schedules & Finishing accordingly
  • • Site Purchase & Coordinating with Procurement Team
Educational Requirements :
  • Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior Design
  • Professional Courses on Project Management will be Appreciated
  • • Skills Required: Good at Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel, Good English Skill, Project Management
  • • We are not focused on Academic Qualification. So, we shall honor Practical Experience over academic degree & results.
  • Skills Required: Construction cost estimation, Construction Materials, Coordination, Good communication skills, Project Planning, Reporting, Site Management
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Furniture and Interior, Interior Design
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 20 to 40 years

  • • Sound Experience on Interior & Construction Materials
  • • Sound Experience on Civil & Interior Estimation
  • • Sound Experience on Common Decoration Material Rates & Sources
  • • Step by Step Planning capacity
