- Analyze the job, select production route, and set daily production target against the received job order, sample, and production sheet.
- Prepare production loading plan as per directions of Centre Manager
- Create job tickets at ERP software
- Prepare manual sheet and monitoring production process to complete the job in time
- Communicate with the section in charge to implement production planning within the deadline
- Provide report to the Centre Manager and concern authority regarding the production status as per requirements
Educational Requirements :
- A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc. in Textile Engineering) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience of production planning and monitoring in RMG industry
- Knowledge of Product Tech Pack (PTP), Production Process (cutting, sewing, stitching) and Production Planning
- Basic understanding of Textile and Garments products
- Experience in Production monitoring and evaluation
- Problem solving and Analytical capability.
- Report writing and Computer skills (MS word and Excel)
