We are looking for experienced, passionate & license holder Deed Writer for a reputed Real Estate company who has experience in Real Estate/Development/Land sector.
- To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, Corporate and real estate issues.
- Analyze all land-related documents, (C.S, S.A, R.A, S, City Jorip (BRS), mutation, deed, bia deed, porcha) and Prepare chain of ownership by vetting provided documents.
- To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.
- Review and draft contacts, agreements and internal policies
- Ensuring that the ownership chain in the processing file whether is correct or not.
- Prepare the chart of ownership chain and take necessary measures for the approval of Head of Department and Managing Director.
- Deal with land and Real-Estate related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments, etc.
- Prepare & Check a draft on Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, etc. in Bengali & English.
- Prepare all documents for sealing land.
- Investigate in various Govt. offices as well as concerned offices for verifying land related documents.
- Maintain all land-related file both in soft copy and hard copy Assist line manager in dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments, etc.
Educational Requirements :
- Hons & Masters from any university
- L.L.B/L.L.M from reputed university (will get preference)
- Certified (License) Deed writers will be given preference
- Preferred Professional Certification: License NO
Experience Requirements :
- At least 8 year(s)
