Utility & Logistics Administration: a) Ensure transparency in operating/ administrative expenses & strive for continuous improvement in existing distribution system with specific focus on best practices. b) Ensure longevity of every assets such as Furniture, electrical instruments & setting arrangements by confirming regular maintenance activities.
Attendance & Leave Management: a) Ensure discipline in attendance & reduce absenteeism by determining strategic attendance management policy. b) Ensure work-life balance of employees in such a way that complies with individual amenities & values by Integrating leave administration strategically. c) Substantiate a disciplined corporate culture through an efficient dashboard to the management; analyzing daily & monthly attendance and leave trends as well as pinpointing whether company code of conduct is maintained properly.
Fire, Safety & Security Administration: a) Ensure a risk-free work environment through preventing unexpected safety hazards and formulating risk mitigation plans. b) Assure a safe & secure environment by creating awareness about fire & security hazards among employees, conducting fire drills on a regular interval and maintaining the workable condition of all equipment such as fire extinguisher, fire sprinkler, sand bucket, Smoke director etc
Confirm daily material from store to production floor as per their demand and control store inventory properly.
Monitor and Maintain all required records, register, ledger and MIS report of the store as well as inventory Bin cards.
Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the store.
Preparing the monthly stock report and sending it to the concerned reporting personnel.
Ensure items with the right specifications (Identification and Traceability system in place) are delivered to internal and external customers including actual quantity.
Update daily consumption, receiving of any materials, daily stock status etc. as well as need to ensure overstock level.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage and timely dispatch.
Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound and outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
Executing all the Day-to-Day stores function as per the manual and Standard Operating Procedure.
Ensure safety stock level inventory, plan and maintain all store items for smooth production.
