• Monitor project activities and different interventions/ components.
• Prepare documents as per project events which are based on outputs of meeting/ training/ workshop/ seminar etc.
• Make field visit plan in close coordination with ProjectCoordinator and other relevant colleagues.
• Prepare all sorts of narrative reports (quarterly and annual narrative reports, advocacy report, etc) as per project requirements.
• Produce several other reports as required by the project or the organization.
• Share field findings with field based teams as well as senior management of the project.
• Visit the field and spend time with community-based groups/platforms as well as beneficiary households to know and capture the change process.
• Find out opportunities as well as challenges in promoting community led initiatives at grassroots level and provide technical advice to field staff.
• Explore various illustrative ways to present monitoring data in reporting and to other staff.
• Ensure project's experiences and learning are properly documented and pro-actively disseminated using different media and events.
• Ensure collecting, sharing and disseminating of the project experiences, learning and good practices both at field and regional level.
• Develop relevant case studies, newsletter, and innovation lesson learning documents.
• Prepare action plan based on monitored findings.
• Prepare relevant PowerPoint Presentations on different project activities.
• Conduct FGD and KII as part of project monitoring & evaluation activity.
• Assistance to organize annual learning event at regional level.
• Collection, management and analysis of data based on project indicators.
• Assist to prepare budget on project activities.
• Arrange and facilitate seminar /workshop /training /orientation sessions on project related issues.
• Translation of case studies, Project Proposals or concept notes from Bangla to English and vice-versa when needed.
• Arrange and facilitate seminar /workshop /training /orientation sessions on Modern method of Jute Cultivation and Retting techniques along with other project related issues among the project beneficiaries in collaboration with concerned GoB personnel. Maintain liaison with concerned GoB personnel.
• Attend NGO Coordination Meeting at UNO, DC and City corporation.
• Organize training.
• Facilitate training of different stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in any discipline; preference will be given to post graduate degree in Geography and Environment, Disaster Management, Social Science and/or Development Studies

• At least 03 years’ working experience in any National/International NGO;
• Management capacity development of project staffs and volunteers through mentoring and coaching;
• Good understanding on issues of Disaster Risk Reduction and early warning system in Bangladesh; gender equity, protection and multicultural intervention.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Good verbal and written communication skills in local language, English and Bengali;
• Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds;
