Job Responsibilities :
  • Develop new clients and assess the potential growth opportunities.
  • Research and Analyze world fashion market and prepare seasonal market trend strategic plan to establish new business with target customers.
  • Research on improved and efficient solutions for Customer for increasing brand value of company;
  • Develop new factories with all requirement of customer for long term business relationship.
  • Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train up subordinates;
  • Formulate the Strategic direction for the Business Growth in line with the Business and the Overall Strategic Priorities of the Company;
  • Establish the Operational Framework and the resources & structure the Strategic Framework and Strategic time and Action Plan in collaboration with the Management;
  • Coordinate with all related department like sample development, pricing, negotiation, sourcing, merchandising, Production, etc.
  • Ensure the achievement of annual sales plan;
  • Formulate policies, procedures relating to Sales & Marketing to promote sales of products and services;
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings and develop product diversification;
  • Assess the effectiveness and contribution of Upskilling and Capability Development initiatives and interventions of Team members to improve productivity and performance and minimize downtime;
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction;
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • IBA, Dhaka University, IBA, Rajshahi University, BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 40 years

  • Excellent command in English.
