- The following Post /Candidate will be appointed by a Garments Factory of Matsuoka Corporation situated in Ishwardi EPZ. We are looking for potential candidates who have experience in working with Sr.Executive /Asst. Manager- Admin, (HR & Compliance)
- The following Post /Candidate will be appointed by a Garments Factory of Matsuoka Corporation situated in Ishwardi EPZ.
- Job Level : Entry
- Job Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Pakshy, Pabna.
- Update Recruitment Register .
- Update Environment, Health & Safety (E.H.S.) committee and arrange meeting on regular basis.
- Ensure personal files are updated.
- Prepare vacancies on the basis of Man, Machine ratio.
- Allocation of ID card to new employees.
- Workers collection for recruitment and maintaining recruitment procedure.
- Assist for conducting of Training on Induction, First aid, Fire Training, PPE uses & Chemical Handling etc.
- Make/update personal files of staffs & workers.
- Check daily attendance report.
- Ensure that all relevant Certificates, License & Register are Updated.
- Conduct induction program, training needs assessment for new & existing employees.
- Conduct Fire Prevention & Evacuation training, Fire evacuation drill & Fire drill by proper authority.
- Collect/Preserve relevant laws & regulations in connection with factory mgt. and labour.
- Conduct Internal Audit, self-assessment on compliance issues, make corrective action plan and report to Senior.
- Prepare Manpower requirements and recruit employees as per the approval of Management.
- Issue Appointment letter, ID card to the new employees & Input employee data in Personal File.
- Conduct probationer's assessment and issue service confirmation letter to employees after completion of probationary period.
- Arrange general and sectional meeting and prepare meeting minutes and report to mgt. regarding this.
- Update PC committee, Safety committee as per BEPZA Law/ Labour law and update Fire prevention & Emergency Evacuation plan.
- Conduct leave management of the employees and keep records updated.
- Conduct Yearly Performance Appraisal of employees and ensure proper compensation & benefits to the employees.
- Update HRM policy and Admin policy on regular basis.
- Update employees Group Insurance list and report as per Insurance policy.
- Keep communication with BEPZA, Local Govt. Labour Organization, Fire Service station,
- Police station and ACCORD/Alliance as and when required.
- Perform disciplinary action procedure and prepare final settlement bill.
- Update Job Description of the employee.
- Perform any other task assigned by Senior.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline.
