- Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the Target.
- Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
- Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customers.
- Carryout responsibilities for achieving target & increase market share growth.
- Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/activities.
- Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
- Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
- Setting the yearly sales target based on regional sales target.
- The applicants should have potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
- To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader & other colleagues.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
