Responsible for implementing MaMoni MNCSP activities related to facility service and improvement of quality of the services at Upazila and all union level Health & FP facilities under assigned Upazila.
Facilitate Upazila and Union level managers led, data-driven planning and reviews of progress on MNH related indicators.
Mobilize and facilitate the support of local government and other non-health sectors (public and private sector) on MNH interventions
Technical support for developing MNH-QI Upazila plan and its implementation.
Support and functioning UHC and UH&FWC management committee meetings, QI committee meetings at Upazila and Union level
Strengthen services at UHCs, UH&FWCs, CCs and satellite clinics as per the Upazila level MNH plan.
Responsible to ensure JSV, follow-up of decisions and monitoring & evaluation at Upazila and Union level.
Monthly performance analysis and review of MIS data and provide timely feedback to the Upazila level managers as well as MaMoni team.
Ensure documentation of union wise database, DQA and participation in Upazila health and FP monthly meetings, standing committee meetings and MaMoni MNCSP meetings.
Ensure regular union wise update, monthly, quarterly report and budget analysis at Upazila level.
Coordinate with District team members and Regional Manager for smooth implementation of project activities
Carry out activities under the supervision of District Coordinator and in coordination with Manager-DI.
Perform other approved duties requested by the District Coordinator and Regional Manager.
Effective Communication with Upazila level govt. administration and officials of Health and Family Planning Department.
Educational Requirements :
Masters, preferably in Social Science with 5 years in health sector in NGO with NGOAB Registration.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)

Age at most 35 years

Program facilitation, presentation skill and computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and Bijoy Bangla.
Need to mention in your CV Bangla and English typing speed per minute.
Ability to write reports and communication in English.
Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team.
