- Prepare the details BOQ of the Mechanical fabrication & erection works, Insulation works, Fire Detection and protection works etc. according to design.
- Design the Fire Detection and protection system according to NFPA & BNBC code.
- Preparing technical and financial offers and submitting the same to the buyer/client as per design and drawing.
- Must have full knowledge & understanding of RSC, Accord, Alliance, BNBC, NFPA. Electrical System, Audit & Safety requirements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing must.
- To perform any other activities assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- At least 3-4 years for B.Sc or 5-7 years for Diploma in relevant field.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Good command on office applications.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Sufficient knowledge on the market price of the relevant product is essential.
