Individuals with Cash Incentive work experience in RMG industries (Woven, Sweater) will be prioritized.
- He needs to make files submission plan and arranges documents from internal as well as external sources to submit files within timeline.
- Keeping records, and collecting certificates from different stakeholders.
- Maintaining good relations with government/ Non-government bodies (BGMEA, Freight forwarders, Audit firms, Banks, Regulatory Audit) makes the job holder successful.
- The job holder must be able to collect export documents, import documents, BGMEA certificate, PRC, BTB/Bank certificate, Freight certificate, NOC in order to prepare a cash incentive file.
- Responsible for, facing auditors, fulfilling audit observation, and collecting cash incentive certificates.
- Any other assignment by management.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA/MBS/MCom from any reputed University.

- Age at most 36 years
- The applicants should have cash incentive working experience in the following area(s): Woven garments, Sweater garments.
- Able to collect date from BBOEMS & ERP
- Familiar with export (Export LC/Master LC And Contact documents, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill Of Loading, Shipping Bill, Exp, Short shipment certificate.)
- Familiar with import documents (all Import LC With PI, Commercial Invoice, UD, Export Order)
- Familiar with cash incentive file submission procedure and work procedure of audit firm, bank.
- Sound knowledge in computer operation.
- Team work & Team commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have good communication skill.
