• Manage the product creation process from design hand off to production approval.
• Grow and manage Product Developer ensuring milestones are met and product creation process is standardized across category.
• Provide oversight, planning, and key input to critical disciplines such as ingredient technologies, food product development, process development, equipment design, sensory, Innovation strategy, and intellectual property.
• Manage multi-season development calendars and the execution for all tasks related to the Product.
• Development cycle.
• Work with Sourcing on allocation of bulk orders to appropriate suppliers through consideration of available capacity, capability, workmanship and costing.
• Lead product solution development with teams to determine product requirements based on the needs of our client/customer.
• Maintain Seasonal Line Guide Information (setup and changes) with Marketing.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts, reviewing samples, and approving finished products.
• Keeping abreast of technological advances in the field to determine their potential impact on product development.
• Participating in meetings with engineering and design teams to discuss upcoming projects and share information about previous projects.
• Reviewing designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Establishing timelines for each phase of the product development process, including prototyping and testing.
• Evaluating new product ideas to determine feasibility and potential market demand.
• Managing the budget and financial resources associated with each product development project.
• Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to a team of designers and engineers.
• Making strategic decisions about design elements, materials, manufacturing methods, and other factors that affect a product's performance, safety, cost, and aesthetics.

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
