- Bio Life International is engaged in trending business for Import, Sales and Distribution of medical Equipments, Accessories, diagnostic equipments and related reagents over the country. We are the authorized distributor of some world-renowned companies and looking for interested and qualified candidates to be a part of our sales and marketing team for following position.
- We are looking for young, energetic, target oriented, self-motivated and proactive person to employ as Asst. Manager/ Sr. Officer-Marketing who has the experience in achieving the sales target. The candidate must have at least 3-5 years proven experience of sales & Marketing.
- Assist HOD for setting monthly, quarterly, half yearly sales targets.
- Assist HOD to prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly sales reports and forecasting.
- Assist team members to source leads and ensure that leads information is maintained properly.
- To monitor and guide team members to visit the leads and follow up on the basis of scheduled plans.
- To attend leads both at site, corporate office and as per leads requirements & follow up to the leads regularly.
- Client meeting, regular visit, product/service briefing & sales development.
- Work with the sales team to ensure all marketing goals, campaigns & strategies are aligning with the sales strategy.
- Follow up customer queries, complaints or problem records & taking necessary action with consultation with HOD.
- To negotiate with the customers and finalize the sales contract by setting payment and installment schedules.
- Following installment schedules and making sure the payment is done as per schedules of the clients.
- Coordinate collection and Customer service departments for providing smooth and quality services to the clients.
- Any job assigned by top management.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline

- Age 25 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing in Biomedical field
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing in Pharmaceutical field
- Well conversant in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point) Data analysis, Database management.
- Experience in working commercial project will be an advantage.
- The incumbent must be dynamic, proactive, result oriented.
