Job Responsibilities :
 
  • Manage job runs to ensure high quality and timely production.
  • Maintaining people management skills to navigate thru given deadlines and issues.
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues to procurement teams and coordinate solution.
  • Documenting, specification, creating production schedule, reports and analysis.
  • Labor management.
  • Ensuring adherence to corporate mandates/directives, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental and OSHA compliance.
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 25 years
  • 4+ year’s practical experience on production floor.
  • Printing Sector experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.
