- Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
- To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
- Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.
- Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers' requirements
- Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
- Payroll management and Salary sheet checking .
- Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees' peace of mind.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA /Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
- PGDHRM will be given preference.
