- Identify, analyze, and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work with software company to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with ERP software users and developers.
- Maintain the support tracking log of PrismERP software.
- Monitoring and maintaining LAN, WAN, and branch to branch connectivity.
- Differentiate between system and user-end errors and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Dynamically ICT related support to all departments in office.
- NVR & IP Camera configuration, setting & Maintenance.
- Experience on IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.
- Working experience on Microsoft 365 Email Server.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
- BSc. in Computer Science / CSE.
