Establish credibility of Accounts & Finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial services to the entire group.
Candidate should be skilled in Accounts, Finance, Tax, Vat, Insurance, Company Law etc.
Have to adequate knowledge to run listed companies complying with all relevant requirements.
The candidate must have related experiences to prepare financial statements for small Cap, Bond, IPO issue, Local/Foreign Investment etc.
Candidates are to have proper knowledge and experience to prepare various reports like Information Memorandum (IM), Feasibility Report (FR) complying with the requirements of ICRRS.
Candidates also have adequate knowledge on IFRS, IAS, BAS etc.
Have to prepare the financial statements with full compliance for submitting to BSEC, DSE, CSE, FRC on time.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, statements and reports.
Software Friendly: ERP and Tally.
Educational Requirements :
CA/ICMA partly qualified & Bachelor & Masters of commerce in Accounting or Finance/ BBA & MBA with major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed public or private university.
