  • Worker recruitment, exit & other process
  • Should have huge number of workers/manpower handling skill
  • Payroll handling
  • Grievances handling
  • Should aware of the daily updates or changes in the government rules, regulations & payroll taxes
  • Entire Admin activities and keep monitoring of security & other issues
  • Sound knowledge on Computer & command in English
  • Good communication knowledge
  • Managerial/large team handling skill
  • Candidate should aware of the BEPZA rules & regulations
  • Time management skill
  • Team Management Skill
  • Sound knowledge in Reporting, Analysis, Decision taking, issues facing & resolving skill
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline

  • At least 10 year(s)
