Job Responsibilities :
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic & well-organized office environment by the office assistant team on daily basis;
  • Maintaining the employee attendance aligning their job responsibilities & timing;
  • Ensuring the office and floor a disciplined & high productive environment in a prudent manner;
  • Resolve any workplace issue among staff;
  • Prepare regular reports on expense and office budgets, organize a filing system for important and confidential document, maintain a company calendar and schedule appointment;
  • Book meeting rooms, distribute and store correspondence (e.g letters, emails and packages)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, schedule in-house and external events;
  • Preparing Official/corporate documents as required & instructed by the company;
  • Assisting the management as required & accomplishing any task/assignment given by the company within the deadline.
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • Skills Required: General Administration, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin HR, Factory Administration, General Administration, Office Administration
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements :
