- Finding new business opportunities and identifying the company's problems ,taking the necessary steps and making arrangements.
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
- Oversee & planning the day-to-day operational aspects of the operational teams.
- Hiring & training new staff within departments.
- Monthly reporting to upper-level management .
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the business unit.
- Maintaining Employee’s Daily schedule, weekly leave, evaluating performance, overtime, bonus, increment and penalties.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Candidates from National University are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 2 year(s)
