• Handle all kinds of L/C related issues, banking functions and documentation.
• Prepare import/export documents.
• Checking LC terms and condition and Prepared shipping documents.
• Perform works related to customs consumption & other related activities.
• Submission of documents of negotiation to bank after completion of delivery.
• Liaise with internal & external customer for on time shipment planning.
• To monitor & update delivery record.
• Handling C&F Agent.
• Co-ordinate & follow up with forwarder.
• Perform the work related to EX-Bond & other customs authority.
• Coordinate the customs audit.
• Maintain regular liaison with the key persons of the respective Sales Department to solve any operational problem of Distribution instantly.
