DZN Labels Ltd. (Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh) a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company, is looking for a Factory Manager for its production units of Woven, PFL, Offset, Thermal, Leather & RFID.
- Should have extensive knowledge and experience in the apparel labeling and print packaging industries.
- Responsible for achieving hourly, daily and monthly Production Efficiency.
- NPT (Non-Production Time) has to bring down to a minimum to make sure operation of unutilized time.
- Workers & Staff turnover, migration and absenteeism rates have to maintain and controlled as per the industry’s good factory standards.
- Man, machine ratio including operator and helper to keep per the standard the management set.
- Need to ensure machine, human resources and material utilization to the optimum factory/ floor capacity level.
- Responsible for ensuring quality at the source, zero defect production and end line defect control and reject percentage as per the company standard.
- Maintain and uphold the individual and department/section KPI in all aspects of SQDE [Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency].
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed University.

- Age 30 to 45 years
- Must be good at spoken and written English.
- Must be very good at email communication.
- Should have very good leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Have sufficient knowledge to understand buyers’ specifications and requirements.
- Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
