A reputed garment manufacturing & exporting company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the following vacant position immediately.
- Ensure implementation of buyer COC, labor law, and international law in the concerned suppliers/ factories.
- Prepare the factory for any customer's /3Rd Party audits.
- Closely follow up on the reported CAP by internal and external audits.
- Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions that will get nonconformity from buyers and follow all the possible steps to resolve within a sustainable manner.
- Regular communication with customers/buyers, factories,3rd party audit companies, and overseas offices for work purposes.
- Properly maintain the team activity and assign them as per the situation.
- Interconnected with different operation teams of the company and guide them as per the customers requirements.
- Maintain the deadline of the buyer's monthly and quarterly requirements.
- Also carry out any special assignment/project as per management of the company interest.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters in any discipline.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from a reputed Public/Private University will get extra preference.

Experience Requirements :
- 5 to 7 year(s)
