Job Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for overall lasting operations to execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.
  • Responsible to ensure quality of shoes at the supplier end through SOP.
  • Have to submit day to day production report to authority.
  • Responsible for ensure proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained
  • Responsible for prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
Educational Requirements :
  • An ideal candidate should have Graduation or Master degree from any recognized university.
  • Degree on Footwear Technology will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
  • 10 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at most 40 years
  • The applicants should have 10-12 (Ten-Twelve) years working experience in the Footwear industry.
  • Vast knowledge on Cemented Sports / Synthetic Shoe manufacturing Process.
  • Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed
  • Having good knowledge in modern production operation methodology.
  • Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
  • Capable to take cost effective strategic decision in favor of the company.
  • Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
  • Should have knowledge in MS Office & other computer applications
