• Construction related all functions in various buildings and land projects of the company.
• Ensure quality of construction.
• Maintain required progress of work and ensuring completion of project in time.
• Budgeting and Estimating, proper budget application to projects and cost control.
• Management of Project sites by coordinating between Management and Project sites.
• Coordination with design and engineering consultants for effective implementation of the projects.
• Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
• Overseeing Supply Chain Management.
• Ensure quality works and quality product 10. Authentication/certification of bills.
• Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time.

• Age at least 40 years
