Job Responsibilities :
  • Deep Knowledge and Understanding on Factory Payroll System
  • Processes company's payroll every pay period
  • Responsible to Keep the Payroll System Always Up to Date.
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.
  • Able to handle payroll related issues during audit
  • Honors confidentiality of employees' pay records. Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
  • Prepare Various Daily, Weekly or Monthly Reports (Headcount, Manpower Movement, Working Hour, Line Transfer, Incentive, Tiffin Order Sheet, etc.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department from time to time for final settlement of outgoing employees or any other payment related issue.
  • Any other task assigned by the management
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 1 year(s)
