- Monitor Adherence to Plant Maintenance Activity and checklist for mechanical equipment.
- Ensure effective maintenance of Mechanical Equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities.
- Monitor Performance against targets set for mechanical maintenance matrix.
- Ensure timely breakdown maintenance as required.
- Coordinate with production team for any breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment that may required.
- Manage attendance & leave of reportees.
- Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
