- Receive and prepare invoices as per product requisitions from different outlets
- Prepare challan and get the products ready for delivery as per outlets’ requirements
- Ensure and monitor the loading/unloading of products for delivery
- Prepare delivery statement on a regular basis and VAT challan if required
- Ensure implementation of FIFO system during product delivery
- Maintain proper reporting and documentation as per requirement
Educational Requirements :
- A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 1 year of relevant work experience (preferably in delivery/warehouse/store management)
- Good understanding of standard inventory management systems
- Expertise in computer office automation and report preparing
- Analytical ability along with communication and negotiation skills
