- Receive letter, massages, documents & Pass them type proper places/persons and keep records.
- Handle in bound and out bound phone calls and inquires, receive guest.
- Maintain and update contact database.
- Provide support to the HR department of organization interviews.
- Handle employee inquires and acts as first line of response to administrative questions.
- Occasionally needs to travel outside Dhaka for site visit.
Educational Requirements :
- BBA / MBA / CSE.
- Honors / Masters in Any Subject.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
- Age 23 to 33 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Good Bangla and English Typing).
- The applicant should have experience in the following business areas, Administration.
