- Collect order sheets from the Order Development (OD) team
- Prepare requisitions through software as per the ratio and cost of the trims and accessories
- Coordinate with Procurement and Design Department regarding the requisitions
- Assist the Procurement Department regarding purchases, as and when required
- Check ratio(s) and cost(s) of the trims and accessories of the requisition(s) received from the production centers
- Ensure receiving trims and accessories in the right quality and right quantity as per the requisitions along with challans from the Procurement Department
- Communicate the concern OD team regarding the received trims and accessories
- Ensure delivery of the trims and accessories to the production centers as per requisitions
- Maintain records of the requisition(s), trims and accessories, sample(s) and delivery challan(s)
Educational Requirements :
- A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of ratio and cost calculation of the trims and accessories
- Good analytical ability and interpersonal skill
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
