- Conduct routine quality analysis
- Conduct In-line, Pre-final and Final inspections as per SOP follow up and monitor all concern sections/areas according to the SOP.
- Implement operational Quality Management System & process across the factory.
- Internal and External Benchmarking of all Product categories for ensuring the quality consistency.
- Good communication skill in Internal and External
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities by evaluating and motivating high performance amongst the team members.
- Drive the Horizontal replication of Good practices within the organization/Bench mark organization etc.
- Drive Improvement Projects like Wastage optimization, Availability improvement, Productivity Enhancement etc., using DMAIC/Six Sigma methodology;
- Training of the team members on Quality Specifications, Defect Matrix, FMEA, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Fault tree Analysis etc., Tools usage for optimizing the losses/defects generated and Customer complaints etc.,
- Drive Suggestion/Rewards and Recognitions/Idea workshops as per the Road map.
- Drive 5S and KAIZEN culture across all areas.
- Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals.
- To perform any other job as assigned by the Management and report to proper authority regarding daily quality related challenges, tasks etc.
- To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Experience in IKEA Quality System is preferable
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Graduation in B.Sc in Textile Engg./Bachelor in any discipline.
- Training/Trade Course: TQM,LEAN,KAIZEN
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill, Good comunication skill, Production
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Handicraft, Textile
Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Department with at least 2 years of experience in leadership position.
- Have adequate and detail knowledge of various kinds Quality Tools. Having conceptual knowledge on Total Quality Management (TQM) will be added advantage
