The core purpose of the Coordinator, OD & Training is to manage the development training programs, ensure the organizational development and coordinate the recognition programs and the internal communication process of the facility.
Come up with new ideas, initiative for organizational development.
Research on HR Trend, analyze the current work process for coming up with new idea and initiative.
Perform HR R&D related tasks/ various HR programs/ assignments to create a good culture.
Coordinate the Internship Program & select the interns by following the selection criteria appropriately.
Coordinate and collaborate the GPAT process on Peoplesoft and on Hardcopy
Coordinate the 9BOX matrix on Peoplesoft (including Career planning, IDP)
Keep all the data related to Gildan Performance Appraisal in order and updated.
Prepare and maintain the annual development training needs.
Prepare and maintain the monthly training calendar.
Coordinate all training as per training requisition.
Support the implementation of the annual development training program.
Prepare and manage the training master database.
Support that the electronic database of the training is updated on time.
Coordinate the Employee Induction Program for new employees (Officer to Superintendent)
Manage logistics (Venue, Food, Transport, etc.) and finance (requisition, PI, PO, fund arrangement, Bill processing) for internal & external training program.
Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management
Training/Trade Course: TOT
Skills Required: English Communication, Leadership, Ms Office Suite, Presentation skill, Team management, Time Management, Training Coordination
Experience Requirements :
3 to 5 year(s)
