- Analyze production orders, sample, and prepare a loading plan
- Create effective production planning and monitor the production for on-time delivery
- Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring
- Ensure receiving quality raw materials and its proper utilization as per job order
- Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process
- Monitor 'Daily Production Report' and communicate with the management
- Assist Center Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers
- Provide strong leadership to the staff at the section, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations
Educational Requirements :
- A Graduate (preferably in Textile Engineering) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience of production in RMG industry
- Knowledge of product tech pack (PTP), production process (cutting, sewing, stitching), production planning, textile and garments products, production monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance of products
- Skill in MS Word, MS Excel and report writing
- Good analytical ability, and interpersonal skill
