- The role of this position is related to all HR functions and achievement of organization`s objectives. This position requires a solid knowledge and hands-on experience in strategic human resources management. The incumbent will be act to accelerate overall transformation of organizational development and strategically manage and promote sales culture within a Retail Store Operations to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position the brand to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.
- The Group seeks the talented and aspiring candidates who would join as HRBP for a retail store operations of PUMA Franchise and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.

- Act as a HRBP of the Retail Operations of PUMA Franchise to establish the single point of contact for all HR related issues;
- Support business leaders to enhance the capacity and achievement of business goal;
- Cooperation of designated business functions on employee learning and development best practices;
- Create a scalable organizational system for enabling aggressive business expansion objectives;
- Manage recruitment, time & attendance, transfer, confirmation, performance, payroll, disciplinary procedure, compliance issues, HR audit with the help of team members;
- Act as the HRBP and pull people together to make decisions for profit maximization for all the outlet's HR transformation and pull people together to make decisions for profit maximization;
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders - inside and outside of the department - working closely with wider functional, regional and business line teams;
- Manage the Smart connect system with all outlet employees and co-ordinate and implement and maintain the goal of attracting and retaining talent;
- Career planning and succession planning for each employee of DBL Lifestyles Ltd.;
- Establish a positive work culture within the HR Transformation function based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration;
- Job evaluation of the employees by assessing the team performance and suggesting rewarding methods;
- Handle the prioritizes opportunities that align with business objectives;
- Partners with subject matter experts and line of business leads to create new learning programs to meet new business needs.
- Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
- Work progression by weekly / monthly / yearly report submission to the Management;
Educational Requirements :
- Masters/MBA in HRM from any reputed University like Dhaka University/BRAC/NSU;
- Candidate's having Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM will be preferred;
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- At least 5-7 years of experience as HRBP from any Large Group of Companies;
- Having prior experience in working any large Retail Store of Sports Brand with a diverse set of people;
