Enhance the organization's human resource by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Manage staff welfare, health, and safety.
Handle the payroll process.
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Manage conflict, handle grievances and provide support to all staff members.
Conduct training needs analysis and carry out capacity building based on needs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Develop and maintain a positive work culture on a well-defined plan to enhance the motivation and retention of staff members.
Ensure legal and audit compliances throughout human resource management.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Professional qualification or Bachelor's degree in HRM.
An MBA would be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)

Good command of writing and communication skills in English and Bengali.
Proficiency in working with HRIS systems, databases, and Microsoft office software.
