Job Responsibilities :
  • Identification of Nobin (New Entrepreneur)
  • Search for entrepreneurs
  • Conduct Social Business Workshops
  • Motivate entrepreneurs for Social Business
  • Develop and evaluate Social Business project proposal for entrepreneurs
  • Monitor implemented Social Business projects.
  • Check the utilization of investment and send the utilization report accordingly
  • Monitor SMS status of the Unit
  • Liaise with Head Office
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Meet monthly targets for Social Business (Nobin Program) development.
  • Work outside Dhaka in different districts
Compensation & Other Benefits :
  • T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity
  • Festival Bonus: 2
