• Coordinate & Supervise of all BSHL activities, specially support Services like Supply Chain Management (SCM), HR & Admin, Hospitality Services Housekeeping, Food & Beverage & Laundry, Customer Services, Call Centre Dept. to manages the day to day operations and assures smooth functioning, efficient management.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals of BSHL.
• Work with the CEO to coordinate and supervise dally operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies of BSHL
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
• Maintain scheduling o events and represent the company when needed.
• Make reports and submit them to the CEO, Deputy Director or the Other Management Staff.
• You will assist to CEO for necessary restructuring if necessary with proper approval form management to deliver efficient service day & night.
• Keeps the higher authority fully informed on the condition of BSHL and on all the important factors influencing it. Such as Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; brings those which are appropriate to the management and facilitates discussion and deliberation.
• Inform Management about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy-making.
• Promotes programs and services that are produced in a cost-effective manner, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality.
• To ensure the quality service especially for the Non clinical part you will take appropriate initiatives for the development of the concerned staff.
• Plans and implements programs. Establishes strong and appropriate relationships with Board, Committees, Staff and Clients. Develops smooth and constructive relationships with executive colleagues, outside agencies, organizations and individuals.
• Plans and meets deadlines. Maintains work schedule to meet the demands of executive management.
• Assures the filling Of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Initiates, develops and maintains cooperative relationships with key areas.
• Fulfill duties as assigned the CEO & Deputy Director (Operation).

• Minimum ten (10) years' of progressively responsible work experience preferably from strong quality environment.
• Experience in team management and team building consisting Of different level Of staff.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and relationship management skills.
• Should have staff supervision and development skills.
• Proven skills of report writing.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
