- Arrange for online job posting & advertising, pre recruitment process, sorting CV etc. as per approved manpower plan.
- Arrang and & conduct primary Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
- Collect documents, reference checks on possible candidates.
- Onboard new joining formalities as well as induction of the Employees.
- Provide assistance when conducting staff probation assessment, staff performance evaluations, goal setting etc.
- Assist for Identify training and development opportunities, organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
- Determine training needs and requirements for employee or group and arrange both technical and soft skill training programmes as per requirements
- Assist to prepare & update necessary HR Policies & Procedures.
- Assist communication and correspondence on employees’ enquiries & grievances
- Assist the Head of HR in day-to-day HR Operation.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Having Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM will be preferred.
- Masters/MBA in HRM will be an added advantage

- Hands-on HR practical experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Hands-on experience in recruitment is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in working with people
- Passion and experience in facilitating training would be an added advantage
- Fluency in English as well as local language
