- The job location of this position will be Hotapara, Gazipur.
- Overall in charge of HR and Administration of factory.
- Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
- Experience in different audit such as Accord - Alliance requirement, BSCI, QMS & ISO Audit etc.
- Work closely with the higher management on organizational HR & Admin issues.
- Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker and prepare job descriptions, advertising, short
- Listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check and etc.
- Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
- Formulate and implement HR and Admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
- Ensure that proper staffing levels are in place.
- Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
- Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs.
- Monitor that HR and Admin team supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
- Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues
- Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
- Participate in executive, management and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
- Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of HR manual / policy in the organization.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Good communication skills, Leadership and interpersonal skills

- At least 10 year(s)

- High Proficiency in verbal and written English Communication.
