Job Responsibilities :
  • Supervise classroom management and lesson administration
  • Supervise and mentor academic personnel to achieve and maintain school standards
  • Ensure compliance of academic and administrative policies for students and teachers respectively
  • Monitor and develop educational content (curriculum, syllabi, lesson administration, etc.)
  • Monitor and conduct student assessment and feedback system
  • Supervise care of the facility for safety and quality of physical condition
  • Maintaining filing, indexing and record systems - operational and administrative
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
  • Plan and execute academic in-class and outdoor activities and events
  • Undertaking other related duties as delegated by the Principal
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Training/Trade Course: Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL, O and A Level administration, School Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 35 years
