• Assist in preparing manpower planning & advertisement for recruitment, sourcing manpower,
• Maintain HRIS, PDMS & data base in software (attendance, leave management, wages & salary preparation, patient schedule Management),
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll list,
• Assist in performance management system,
• Maintain personal file (prepare & update),
• Maintain office equipment, arrange & prepare necessary papers,
• Preserve all CVs, application and relevant documents relating to recruitment,
• Take initiative to solve day- to-day HR related issues,
• Assist in the activities of HR Department,
• Assist Centre Manager for all kinds of day-to-day HR related activity,
• Maintain liaison with different departments for smooth functioning of the activities,
• Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

• Age 25 to 35 years
