The position is responsible for coordination overall credit assessment, disbursement, and management of portfolio quality of Affordable Home Loan, a strategic product of IPDC. The individual will work in the job grade of Assistant Manager to Manager.
- To maintain smooth file flow of Bhalobasha Home Loan with the help of Retail Credit Coordinator Team.
- Product Program Guideline (PPG) development, process re-engineering, policy amendment and implementation.
- Coordinate with the Retail Credit Coordinator team, sales team, CRM, Operations department, and legal department for faster file processing.
- Assisting the business team to ensure disbursement to achieve departmental target.
- Arrange and conduct training for CC team, RM and TL for their individual development.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- At least 5 year(s)
