Job Responsibilities :
  • Primary responsibilities would include HRMS maintenance, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS
  • Assist in the implementation of the performance review and development processes
  • Create, update and maintain employee files (physical & digital) with respect to any changes in the employee employment history e.g., transfer, appraisal, department change or another transactional letter.
  • Handle a wide range of HR queries such as employee relations, absence management, performance, benefits etc.
  • Engage in arranging employee engagement activities on the floor ensures an increase in motivation and commitment of all employees.
  • Execute communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee service book.
  • Execute the confirmation process and ensure on time completion of confirmation process and issuance of letters.
  • Update the work structure by updating organogram, job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Take charge of internal communications regarding workforce and workplace related matters like Holiday Notice, Birthday wishes, New Born, Condolence, Service Anniversary or any HR updates etc.
  • Support in preparation of various HR Reports and Analytics.
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduate in Human Resource Management or relevant degree from a reputed university
Experience Requirements :
  • 4 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • 4-5 years’ relevant work experience in the Human Operations department in similar role will get preference
  • Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Should have adept understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • High level of customer service and mediating skills
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
