- Must have vast experience in Denim Merchandising for US & EU Buyers/Retailers.
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives
- Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by developing new styles.
- Must have sound knowledge in consumption & costing.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
- Maintaining good relationship with vendors for the best quality trims/accessories to develop samples.
- Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection.
- Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.
- Remain up to date with industry's best practices
- Any other works as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelors' degree in Textile Engineering.
- Bachelors' degree in any other discipline having required experience in Denim Merchandising.

- Age at most 32 years
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening & presentation skills.
- Should have sound personality to work in team.
- Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity.
