- Manage workers grievances through proper procedure with a view to reduce it Work as a communication bridge between floor Management & workers
- Daily visit in production floor for communicating with the workers and floor Management so as to keep a good team work for enhancing productivity
- Provide necessary counseling in unusual situation such as Go Slow, Resignation, Rejection, Absenteeism, In-subordination etc.
- Support & assist for induction, monthly orientation program for newly recruited employees and maintain all training files
- Facilitate necessary treatments for pregnant workers in close collaboration with medical doctors
- Prepare monthly report on welfare activities and training programs for submitting to the Management
- Conduct meeting of PC, Health & Safety, Environment and report to the Management on its findings
- Supervise Welfare Team for assessment of Training Needs & in-house Skill based Training Programs
- Any other task assigned by Management
Educational Requirements :
- MBA (major in HRM) or Masters in Management with PGDHRM/Masters in Sociology, Social Welfare from any reputed University, Graduation with DSC.
- Preferred Professional Certification: DSC

- Age 22 to 30 years
