Responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for KFIL brands. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.) events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships
Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace to ensure KFIL Products, Services and product lines reflect the expecation of current and potential customer
Supervise multiple external agencies in developing creative advertising, high-impact promotions and media planning
Work closely with Management team in reviewing and approving all branded elements for advertising and
launch materials inclusive of printed collateral, product packaging, online assets, launch toolkits, product logos and videos
Track spending on all marketing initiatives and activities for the purpose of ensuring that brand marketing efforts always stay within the allocated budget
Plan, design and execute consumer promotion in different sales channel as per approved annual budget and target
Measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Coordinate overall branding and marketing activities
Educational Requirements :
BBA/ MBA in Marketing or relevant degree from reputed university
Experience Requirements :
6 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
6 - 7 years, preferably in FMCG industry
Have excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Have strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Have experience of handling and managing external ad agencies and vendors
