Maintain & monitor overall HR & Administrative management and strategies and systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to align with business and industry nature
Plan to implement policies, processes, training and necessary administrative support required for business and project operations.
Monitor and track manpower requirements for different departments and mitigate placement in a timely manner
Ensure compliance, local labour laws, and regulations are followed in organizational practice, process and turn to make a culture
Providing creative ideas for increasing employee engagement and taking initiatives accordingly
Initiate to develop of different policies, procedures and practices to expedite project work from time to time
Ensure HR administration activities are properly managed within the desirable timeframe
Mitigate Office vehicles requirement and engage with coordination of the Transport Department
Ensure the safety of project premises, people, instruments and assets with coordination and engagement of the Security force
Generate different reports and communicate to HOD for the understanding status of HR & Admin department
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)
