Job Responsibilities :
  • Design and develop training modules, guides, course materials such as handouts, manuals, and visual materials.
  • Offer specific training programs to help Staff and teachers to develop their professional skills.
  • Provide instructional strategies and various tools to aid in the instructional process.
  • Observe teachers' classroom practices and provides support through coaching, modeling, and mentoring.
  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs, or to inform management about training program status.
  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
  • Assess training needs (TNA) through surveys, interviews with staffs and teachers/facilitators, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers.
  • Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for technical officers, school supervisors, teachers and facilitators.
  • Supervise technical officers, evaluate their performances, and refer/organize different skill development training as required.
  • Prepare training budget, monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
  • Work effectively as a team member with the training team, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support development of course evaluation procedures and conduct follow-up review of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Coordinate, support and ensure availability of facilitators and materials as well all administrative and logistics requirements to hold a training course.
  • Prepare training report, analyze the report and take initiatives for further improvement.
  • Significant and Proven Experience on Training Coordination
  • Experience on curriculum and material development
  • ICT knowledge on content base AV material (Audio/Video) development and editing.
  • Clear Knowledge about Ed-Tech is essential
  • In-depth knowledge on Informal education on Rohingya context
  • Training plan development, coordination, budgeting and DIP in training development
  • Able to represent organization in various national, international and government organizations
  • Basic knowledge about INEE (Inter agency Network in Emergency Education)
  • Basic knowledge about MCP
  • Able to represent organization in Education Sector, TWG (Technical Working Group)
  • Keen and proven reporting skills
  • Working knowledge and understanding of teaching methodology, curriculum and teachers training in Rohingya Context.
  • Experience of developing educational learning materials and conducting training programs for teachers.
  • Understanding of supervision, evaluation and documentation process
  • Assist Project Coordinator in Planning, Budgeting, forecasting, implementing and reporting on various training
  • Analysis of curriculum to develop training materials, design training and workshop modules for project staffs and teachers
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline

  • 7 to 10 year(s)

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 35 to 50 years

  • Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
  • Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc ) knowledge
  • Strong Communication and report writing skills both Bangla and English
