Determine staffing requirements, selection, training and development of the employees, and oversee all functional approaches of Human Resource Department in factory layout as HOD;
To execute all the administrative operation, compliance issues, renewal of the different licenses, total security system and security management including surveillance operation;
To make the liaison with all the stakeholders like Police Department, labor office, City Corporation, Civil Defense (Fire Service), Directorate of Environment, Department of Electricity etc.
To oversee the welfare benefits of the workers and strictly control the intentional dispute in factory layout and manage any other intermediary parties like managing agents or problem creating agents;
To report the CEO or project Head about HR and Administrative tasks about manpower plan, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances procedure, performance appraisal and exit management etc.
To recognize risks factors and carry out manpower succession plan balancing the demand and supply based on similar industry category;
To ensure safety and security confirming a good environment inside the factory layout through the best possible preventative action;
To conduct awareness programs like Fire Drill, escaping Earthquake & Cyclone by regular counseling session;
To give intelligence report to the Director;
To ensure monthly management meeting with the sr. Officers and send the proceedings CEO followed by the reviewing action stratus;
To supervise the assets, equipment, machineries, vehicle, storehouse, labor functions in factory.
Provide the information to the Management for developing a strategic approach on administrative development and ensure the effective implementation of the operational plan.
Develop and maintain Administration Policy and ensure that the policy is implemented properly and provide services as per standard.
Provide day to day administration and general services to all departments relating to logistics, office administration, office maintenance and utilities.
Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets etc.
Maintain Security Department.
Any Other task assigned by Management
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Very good communication skill (both written and spoken) in English.
Should have strong Leadership Skills.
Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
