- Analyze the vacancy status in the Group and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy
- Prepare advertisement draft and arrange newspaper publication & various online channels
- Handle & Communicate various sources properly for competent candidate
- Source and compile CV for recruitment and maintain CV Bank
- Circulate and coordinate interview with candidates & interview panel members
- Maintain all kinds of post selection activities & update new employee's information in HRMS software
- Prepare appointment letter, approval note and provide appointment letter & other documents to newly recruited staffs
- Ensure that staffs' Personal Files with all related documents are processed, maintained and updated timely
- Coordinate the "Meet & Greet with New Employee" Program & prepare life sketch of new employee (Corporate Office)
- Ensure "New Employee Orientation Checklist" to the new joiners every month and coordinate the Buddy Program Evaluation & Recognition process by collaborating with Factory Concerned HR Officials
- Prepare the report of HR Metrics & Analytics on time and send the report summary to the concerned official monthly
- Follow up and update HRP for Corporate Office and other units of Epyllion Group
- Maintain required HR Database
- Prepare different office notes, letters and any kinds of documents
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation/Post Graduation in HRM
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
